I am pleased to offer this immaculate 14-unit motel in a tourist hot bed.
The current owners of 22 plus years have decided it is time to pass the torch!
The motel has a variety of room for guests including four 2-bedroom units with kitchens and four 1-bedroom units with kitchens. The grounds are beautiful with a variety of fruit trees, flowers and a very popular gazebo. There is also a great deck on the second level that customers love especially for that morning coffee!
This motel has something most motels do not, a freestanding home, this 4-bedroom home is two stories plus a basement. It also contains the motel office and laundry.
