Canyon Creek consists of 40 sites, 20 of which have 30-amp power, water, and septic, 3 have 30-amp power and water and 17 are un-serviced camping sites. The Park is serviced by exceptional washrooms, coin laundry, a playground, sani dump and more. Most of the main areas of the park are serviced by paved roads.

Situated on 15 plus acres of mostly treed land, has frontage on a creek and the land adjacent to the North is Crown land. It is a beautiful piece of property!

The residence is about a 640 square foot panabode cottage. It consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom and a flex room that has a wall bed. The basement has the utilities and the washer and dryer, the basement is accessible from the garage.
